Report a turn a window missed
Called by the app when the fleet-wide /api/events stream says this session ran a turn and the window's own /api/sessions/{id}/events stream delivered none of it. The window reconnects on its own; the server only logs the report, beside its own count of open windows and live subscribers for the session, so the miss can be found later. Changes nothing.
