Ask for the DorkOS account to be deleted

/api/cloud/account/deletion

Deletes nothing: the service emails the account a confirmation link, and the account is deleted only when the person follows it. A refusal answers 200 with the services own problem envelope, or one plain sentence. Sent no-store`.
