Check and change every agent's power settings, in one panel

Power settings hide across Settings, Runtimes, and Tasks. Control Center puts every dial in one panel, open with ⌘⇧L from anywhere in DorkOS.

You open Control Center to check who's running at full power. Two sessions show up in Exceptions, each one a click from the setting that put them there.
