Activity Feed

A running record of what your agents did, and when

With several agents on one machine, "something changed" is no answer. The feed lists what happened, grouped by day, with the past week drawn at the top.

You open the feed after a day away. A bar chart shows the week, a banner sums up what changed since you last looked, and the list below says who did what.

  • See what happened, newest first, grouped by day
  • Narrow it to tasks, messages, agents, settings, or system
  • A small bar chart shows the last seven days at a glance
  • A banner catches you up on what changed since your last visit
  • Send someone a filtered view: the address carries the filter
